More about Filming and Editing Techniques

Are you a team of professional communicators wanting to learn techniques to improve video content produced in-house? We’re offering a one-day course to up-skill, mentor and share some of our production knowledge.

We will teach you how to set-up and frame a shot, make your content more engaging and give you some helpful tips on the editing process and more. Content is king, and we realise there’s not always enough budget to partner with professionals, so we’d like to support you to make your screen production as good as it can be, and also have some fun while we do it!

The workshop will include both theory and practical exercises, and each session will be tailored to the attendees’ requirements and skill level.  One of our tutors will contact each attendee prior to commencement to find out what they’d like to gain from the session, what equipment (if any) is currently being used, and skill level.

Numbers will be capped to ensure enough time and attention is allocated to everyone who attends (please note – minimum booking of six is required).

Lunch and the parking fee at Civic West Parking Station are included in the cost.   Contact us to obtain a quote.

What to bring:  yourself.  We will provide a note pad, pen, lunch, and parking.

The best way to get in touch is via email – emily@rollingball.com.au or call the office on 02 4927 8985.

Group bookings 6 – 8.

More about Introduction to Editing in Premiere Pro

After running the Filming and Editing Techniques workshop, we found there was a genuine need for further editing skills, so we’ve developed a course that teaches the basics of editing in Premiere Pro for professional communicators.

The workshop will cover things like getting a project setup, learning the interface, editing tools and techniques, effects, audio mixing, basic colour correction, titles and creation, and export of files.

The tutor will go over both theory and practical work and numbers will be kept to a minimum to ensure enough time and attention is allocated to everyone.

Lunch and the parking fee at Civic West Parking Station are included.

This course can be booked as a group booking only, the best way to get in touch is via email or call the office on 02 4927 8985.
