We have always ‘Got Your Back Sista’

Got Your Back Sista is a charity with a vision to see women and their children happy, thriving and living independently after escaping the trauma of family violence, and so it was a privilege to write and produce their brand commercial last year. With the support of some recognised Australian voices we stand together in solidarity against domestic abuse. Filmed in one location to maximise the production budget, Australian actors Claudia Karvan, Ben Mingay and Madeleine West along with author and medium Jackie Gillies, and direction from Paul Donnelly, delivered a powerful message. The commercial went to air across regional and metropolitan markets and has been viewed more than 100,000 times on social.
