Scope: At the heart of Rollingball is our desire and passion for storytelling. It’s why we are all in the business. This corporate documentary was one of a series, which showcases the difference employees can make to their work environment and beyond. It was used as a communication piece to inspire proactive workplace initiatives within the Downer Group.
Approach: By letting the ‘ladies of the landfill’ tell their story, the Zero Harm team was able to connect with 25,000 employees across the Group and the globe.
Outcome: The piece also features on the company website to reiterate their commitment to sustainability and the environments in which they work. The campaign received positive feedback from employees across the business.
